A dashboard is an influential tool for information management and usage of business intelligence such as metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Data dashboards collate, organize, and display important information from various data sources into one, easy-to-access place. Using data visualization, dashboards visually communicate metrics to help users understand complex relationships in their data. In a data dashboard, it’s easier to draw parallels between different but related metrics, identify trends, and head off potential challenges hidden in an organization’s data.
Dashboards help you visualize your assets. Each dashboard is a collection of widgets showing resource data of interest. You can add widgets with search queries and enhance the data visualization. You can create multiple dashboards and switch between them. You can also export and import Dashboard and Widget configurations, allowing you to share them between accounts or within the Qualys community.
You can personalize the default dashboard - add widgets, resize them, move them around to change the layout. Use the menu to manage your dashboards.
