View Dashboard List

To view the created dashboard list and its creation date of your account, select the Dashboard tab and click the dashboard selector or click the Manage Dashboards menu. The dashboards displayed in the Dashboard selector and Manage dashboards are listed in alphabetical order of the dashboard name.

The following screenshot is an example that shows the list of dashboards along with created date and time:

Optionally, you can also use the Sort By option in the Manage Dashboards to get the list of dashboards for Creation Date, Updated By, or Created By. The following screenshot shows the Sort By option:

The view and appearance of the Manage Dashboard page are now enhanced in the new UI 4.0 with the following changes: 

• The list of dashboards and related data is reorganized in a tabular format, which provides clear visibility of the dashboard details.
• Sorting is available for Created By, Created On, Last Updated By, Last Updated On, and Last Used columns. 

The Last Used dashboard data is tracked only for dashboards created after 2022.
