UD - TAS/WAS	We fixed an issue where the MDS module was not visible in the new module picker under TAS/WAS when the module subscription had expired. This behavior was inconsistent with the portal experience and could confuse users, as the MDS module remained accessible through the Administrator module in the classic UI. With this fix, the MDS module continues to reflect in the new module picker even after expiration, with an appropriate status indication. This change aligns the module visibility and validation logic with the portal, allowing users to access the MDS landing page and view expiration details, thereby ensuring a consistent and predictable user experience.
