Enhanced View of Manage Dashboard Page
We have revamped the appearance and layout of the Manage Dashboard page with the following changes:
- The list of dashboards and related data are now reorganized in a tabular format that provides clear visibility of the dashboard details
- A new column, Last Used, is now added that displays the time stamp of when the dashboard was last accessed. Since the number of dashboards displayed are limited, this column allows you to sort the oldest dashboards and delete those if no longer required.
The Last Used dashboard data is tracked only for dashboards created after 2022.
- Sorting is available for Created By, Created On, Last Updated By, Last Updated On, and Last Used columns. The earlier Sort By drop-down option is now removed.
- You can mark the Dasboard as Favorite from the Quick Actions menu.
Pin and Unpin the Dashboard through Settings icon
You can pin and unpin your dashboards directly through the Settings on the Dashboard tab. The pinned dashboards will appear even after you log out from your account or refresh the page.
Issue Addressed
The following reported and notable customer issues are fixed in this release.

| UD | An issue occurred in which the widget displayed 100 percent of the query result configured in the widget settings, although the calculated correct value was less than 100 percent. This issue occurred for all applications and for widgets that display data in percentage. For example, if 452 of the 453 assets were remediated, and one remained to be remediated, the widget would display a 100 percent value instead of 99 percent. The issue is now fixed, and the widget displays the correct percentage of the data. |
