Go to Scans > Appliances to check whether your appliance is online and is ready for scanning. After you've set up a new appliance it must connect to our cloud platform. The appliance activation process takes a few minutes to complete. You might want to refresh your browser to get the most up to date detail.

Do you see ? This mean the appliance is not connected to our cloud platform and it's not ready to perform scans. Check to be sure your appliance is properly configured and can access our cloud platform.
