Go to Scans > Appliances to check whether your appliance is online and is ready for scanning. After you've set up a new appliance it must connect to our Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform. The appliance activation process takes a few minutes to complete. You might want to refresh your browser to get the most up to date detail.
When you see your appliance
is connected to our Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform and is ready to perform scans.
Do you see ? This mean the
appliance is not connected to our Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform and it's not ready to
perform scans. Check to be sure your appliance is properly configured
and can access our Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform.
