Purchasing more IPs / licenses
How can I purchase more IPs/licenses?
Please reach out to your Technical Account Manager to purchase additional IPs/licenses.
Where can I see the number of IPs purchased?
(manager Only) Navigate to Help > Account Info > VM Summary. You can view the number of IPs purchased in the IPs Purchased field. You can now add the IPs based on the IPs purchased and view the count of IPs in IPs in Subscription field.
Note: The license used is based on the total IPs added to the license displayed in IPs in Subscription field but not on the basis of the total assets scanned (unique host scanned).
Where can I view the total number of assets that have been scanned?
Navigate to Help > Account Info > VM Summary > Unique Hosts Scanned. The count in the Unique Hosts Scanned field shows the assets that have been scanned with respect to the purchased IPs.
Want to know about the IPs purchased?
- When you purchase unlimited IPs for your subscription, the IPs Purchased field (Navigate to Help > Account Info > VM Summary) will always display Contact your Technical Account Manager.
- When you purchase limited IPs for your subscription and if the purchased IPs are
- Less than or equal to zero, the IPs Purchased field displays Contact your Technical Account Manager.
- Greater or more than zero, the IPs Purchased field displays the count of IPs purchased.
- Less than or equal to zero, the IPs Purchased field displays Contact your Technical Account Manager.
