Remediation Search Filters

You can set filters in the Remediation tab to refine ticket results accurately, especially for AGMS-enabled accounts. These filters help you locate tickets based on specific conditions and prevent incompatible selections.

Clear error messages appear when incompatible filter combinations are selected, ensuring accurate results and better usability.

Associated tickets and invalid tickets

These filters return accurate results across accounts. You cannot select both filters together. If both are selected, the message Filter by either Associated or Invalid tickets displays:

associated invalid tickets

Owner selection for invalid tickets

When filtering Invalid tickets, you must select an owner. If no owner is selected, the message, Select a specific Owner to filter Invalid tickets displays:

owner invalid tickets

Inactive Users Ticket

Use the Inactive user tickets checkbox to filter tickets assigned to inactive users. This option is useful when the All condition does not apply to AGMS-enabled accounts:

inactive user tickets

Policy Title Filter

Use the Policy Title field in the ticket Search popup to locate tickets associated with a specific remediation policy. This filter helps you manage large ticket volumes efficiently.

The Policy Title column displays the remediation policy associated with each ticket.

Tickets created manually display a blank value in the Policy Title column. You cannot search for tickets using a blank Policy Title.

You can also:

  1. Apply the Policy Title filter when setting up remediation data lists.
  2. Download filtered tickets in all supported formats.
  3. Perform bulk actions, such as delete or edit, on filtered tickets.
