Remediation Setup

Go to Remediation > Setup to see global setup options related to remediation.

Some options may not be available, depending on your service level and subscription settings.


Select options for controlling ticket status changes in the subscription and select a timeframe for which to display tickets in your tickets list.

The option to change the timeframe to display tickets is available based on the user role.

- Managers can set ticket transition options (global for the subscription).

- Managers, Unit Managers, Scanners and Readers can set their own timeframe to display tickets.

- Remediation Users will see tickets modified within the last 30 days and this is not configurable.
