VMDR OT Reports

The Reports tab provides a centralized view of all VMDR OT reports, allowing you to create, schedule, search, filter, and manage reports efficiently. You can create reports to view details related to Asset, Network, and Vulnerabilities.

In the Reports tab, you can view a list of all generated reports, each accompanied by its current status. It enables easy management of reports, as you can view, edit, download, or delete any report. The reports are available to download in a CSV format, making it simple to analyze the data.

Only recent 10000 records are displayed in the report.

The Reports tab displays the following data:

Data Description
Name Displays the report name you have provided when creating the report.
Format Displays the format in which you can download the report. The available format to download the report is CSV.
Created By Displays the user name who created the report.
Created On Displays the date and time on which the report is created.
Template Displays the report template used for creating the report.

The available report templates are:

  • Asset Details
  • Vulnerability Details
  • Network Details
Type Displays the report generation type.
  • On Demand: Generate reports immediately.
  • Scheduled: Schedule report generation at specific time.
Status Displays the status of report creation.
  • Accepted: The report creation request is received.
  • Processing: The report creation request has been received and is being processed.  
  • Failed: The report creation request has failed, and the report has not been generated. The failure can occur at any of the following stages : Accepted, Processing, and Generated.
  • Generated: The report is successfully generated.
  • Incomplete: The report request has been processed, but there are no records available in the report.
  • Completed: The report request has been processed, and report generation is complete. 

Report Generation

You can generate reports on demand or schedule them to generate automatically at regular intervals.

You can generate reports using the following options:

  • On Demand
    This option enables you to generate reports immediately after report creation.
  • Schedule
    This option enables you to automate the process of report generation without having to run them manually each time. Reports can be configured to run at specific intervals (for example, daily, weekly, or monthly).
    The created schedules are listed in the Schedules tab. You can view details, delete, edit, or pause an active schedule using the Quick Actions menu.
