Add Comment to Option Profile

You can add comments to the option profiles while creating or editing the option profile. Optionally, you can also add a comment from the Quick Actions menu. Select an option profile, and from the Quick Actions menu, click Add Comment.

The comments are added when updating the option profile help to track the changes you made to the applications.

To view the comments added to an option profile, click View from the Quick Actions menu. On the Option Profile Record Details page, go to the Action Log tab, and scroll down to the Comments section.
