If you want to create a new search list using an existing one, you can use the Save As option. When you use this option, all the configurations from the selected search list are copied and a new search list is created. You can provide a new name or save the search list with the default name. In this case, a prefix “copy of” is added to the existing name.
You must have Create Search List permissions to clone a search list.
To clone a search list, select or hover over a search list, and from the Quick Actions menu, click Save As.
Enter a name for new search list to be created.
Click Save As to create a new search list with the same configuration.
