Report Template - Basic Information
On this page, add basic information for a new report template.
Name
Enter a name for the report template. You can enter maximum 128 characters.
Description
Enter the description for the report template that you are creating.
Select the Set this as the default report template for the subscription check box to make it the default template for report creation for your subscription.
Report Type
Select the type of report for which the template can be used. Select one of the following report type:
- Web Application Report
- Scan Report
- Scorecard Report
- Catalog Report
Tags
Click the plus icon to view the list of tags and select tags from the list.
The template owner and all Managers can view this template and create reports using it, once the template is created.
Exclude from Report
Select the check box to exclude the Qualys username. When the report is downloaded, the account login ID is not included in the reports.
