Applying tags to an authentication record makes the record available to other users. You can tag authentications to organize them according to function, location or any criteria you want and to provide access to these authentication records.
Want to define tags? It's easy - just go to the CyberSecurity Asset Management (CSAM) application. You might use tags to organize authentications by divisions they belong to. And if there's a tiered structure to those divisions, you can nest the tags in a hierarchy that mirrors that structure.
Users whose scopes include a tag in common with your authentication record will be able to access and select the record for web application.
Click an authentication, or hover over the row, and from the Quick Actions menu, click Add Tags to add tags to the authentication. To remove tags from authentication, Click Remove Tags.
To add and remove tags in bulk for multiple authentications, select the authentications, from the Actions menu, click Add Tags or Remove Tags.
