Proxy Settings - Basic Information

On this page, add basic information for a new proxy setting.  

Name 

Enter a name for the proxy setting. You can enter maximum 128 characters. 

Initially, the user who creates the proxy setting is the owner by default. However, you can edit the owner after the proxy setting is saved.

Proxy Host

Enter the URL of your proxy server.

 For a secure URL, click http:// to switch to https://. You can enter a maximum of 2048 characters.

Authentication Credentials

Does your proxy server require authentication? If the proxy server requires authentication, enter the credentials to be used for authentication - username and password.

Exception

You may choose to add an exception for the proxy settings. Enter IP addresses, FQDNs, or domain names for which the proxy setting should not be applied. 

Tags

Apply tags to the proxy setting. Click the plus icon to view the list and select tags from the list. 

Users with one or more of the applied tags in their scopes will have access to the proxy setting. You can easily select this proxy for your scans.
