Reports

You can create reports such as Web application reports, scan reports, scorecard reports, and catalog reports using standard and customized templates.  

By using tags, users can scope specific reports to different parts of the organization to bring consistency to the Web Application Scanning program.

The  Reports  tab under Reports manages all the reports to which you have access.

The Report tab displays the name of the report, format of the report, type of report, status of the report, size of the report, generation date of the report, and tags added to the report. 

From the Report tab, you can:

A) Create a new report by using the New Report button. For details, see Create a Report.

B) Search for reports using QQL (Qualys Query Language) queries. For details, see For details, see Search Tokens for Reports .

C) Use filters in the left pane to search for reports by quick filter and tags added to the reports.

D) Use Quick Actions to perform the following actions on an individual report:

- View Report

- Delete Report 

- Add Remove tags 

- Download Report

- Send Report

Run again Report

E) Use the Actions menu to take the following actions on multiple reports:

- Add Remove tags 

- Delete Report 

F) Use the Search Actions menu to view the recent searches, save search queries added in the search box and manage saved searches.
