Download Scan Schedules as iCalendar

You can access your scan schedules from anywhere, at any time, by downloading them to iCalendar format (ICS) and then importing them into your favorite calendar application such as Microsoft Office Outlook, Lotus Notes, Google Calendar, and Apple iCal.

To download a single scan schedule:

Select a scan schedule, and from the Quick Actions menu, click Download as iCalendar.

The iCalendar data file is saved to your local file system in this format: was_scan_schedules_calendar_.ics

To download multiple schedules from the schedules:

Select multiple scan schedules, and from the Actions menu, click Download as iCalendar.

iCalendar data files will be saved in your local file system in this format: was_scan_schedules_calendar_.ics

Note:  <date> is the date of the download in yyyymmdd format.
