Parameter Settings

Basic Information

Name the request parameter set

Give it a name that will help you (and other users) identify it and select it for scans. You can enter a maximum of 64 characters.

You'll be the owner by default. Want to assign it to someone else? No problem, just save the parameter set first and then edit it.

Make this parameter set the default?

Select "Make this the default..." and we'll select this request parameter set by default in a new option profile - a profile created by you or any other user in your subscription.

Why apply tags

This lets you easily share the parameter set with other users. Other users will be able to select this parameter set, as long as they have one or more of the tags in their scopes.

Request Parameter Settings

Request Parameter Settings

Select one or more request parameter settings that you want us to inject into your web applications during scanning. We use these parameters when we identify forms and other request parameters used by the web application being scanned. (These settings are not used for authentication or Selenium scripts.)

Comments

Comments will be saved with the parameter set configuration. You'll see the comments when viewing the parameter set details and when editing the parameter set. You can enter a maximum of 2048 characters.
