This error indicates that the connection with the server is established but server could not find the requested data. Verify that webservice URI and Activation ID are from the same platform. If not, then point it to the correct platform. If the URI and activation ID are for the same platform, contact Qualys Technical Support or open a support case. |

Service Unavailable |
