Delete Invalid Asset Jobs
You can remove specific asset jobs from your asset jobs list that have MANIFEST_EXPIRED or MANIFEST_ASSIGNMENT_FAILED statuses. These jobs no longer move to the next status, leading to unnecessary clutter in the system. By deleting them, you can streamline your workflows and focus on active assets jobs.
To delete invalid asset jobs, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Jobs tab.
- Use the Filters option to filter the jobs based on the script category.
The following script categories are available:
- Active Directory Security
- Asset Tagging
- Data Backup
- Data Collection
- Forensic Analysis
- General Automation
- Malware Research and Detection
- PC Remediation
- QID without Patch
- Remediation
- Sensitive Data Discovery
- System Administration
- System Maintenance
- Virtual patching
- Zero Day
All scripts are selected by default except PC Remediation.

Select a job and click View Details from the Quick Actions menu.

On the View Details page, use the Filters option to sort the asset jobs based on the execution status.
The following filters are available:
- Execution Passed: Applying this filter displays all asset jobs that are successfully executed.
- Execution Failed: Applying this filter displays all asset jobs stopped at the MANIFEST_EXPIRED or MANIFEST_ASSIGNMENT_FAILED status.
The execution status is set to Execution Passed by default. To view the progress of all jobs, clear both options.

- Click Actions > Delete Asset Jobs.
Asset jobs with the status MANIFEST_EXPIRED or MANIFEST_ASSIGNMENT_FAILED are eligible for deletion.
The invalid asset jobs are deleted.
