Manage Alerts and Rules
You can define the conditions, significant findings, or events that should trigger the rules and send you alerts. The alert is generated based on the Rules Query, and you get the notification when the query criteria is matched.

Alerting Permissions
Assign permissions related to alerting your user. Depending on the permissions assigned, the user can perform actions like creating, editing, or deleting rules and actions.
Using the Administration utility, the Manager user for that subscription can assign these permissions to other users.
Only the user having the Alerting Access permission can view the Responses tab on the Certificate View User Interface (UI).
