Edit Connector Details

To edit the existing connector, in the connector list, hover over a connector, and select Edit from the Quick Actions menu. Go to each page, update the fields, and click Save.

For an AWS connector, you can update or modify the name, description, applications, polling frequency, and other details. However, you cannot update the Account Type and Base Account IDWhen updating any mandatory field like the External ID or Role ARN details, click Test Connection to verify if the connection to the AWS cloud provider is successful with the updated details.

You can also enable or disable the automatic launch of cloud perimeter scan and add or update custom scan configuration. You can do the same for organization connectors by moving to the Organizations tab.

You can update the scan and tag settings in the "Tags and Activation" step, but the changes only reflect after either manually running the connector or waiting for the connector to auto-run.

Adding Tags

You can also add tags to the existing connector. To add tags to an existing connector, click Assign Tags while editing a connector, and click Add Tags to add one or more tags to the connector. 

Edit AWS Organization Connectors

You can edit the AWS organization connector. The updated settings apply to all the member connectors associated with the organization connector.

 To edit a member connector, you need to dissociate the member connector from the organization connector.

To edit the existing organization connector, in the organization connector list, hover over an organization connector and select Edit from the Quick Actions menu. Navigate to each page, update the necessary fields, and click Save.
