Track Risk Reduction
After you create risk reduction plans, track their progress and the resulting change in the TruRisk Score.
Track Plan Progress
Go to Risk Management > Risk Workbench to view your saved plans. For plans handed off to TruRisk Eliminate, use the following information:
- Plan Progress: The percentage of findings in the plan that have been remediated through TruRisk Eliminate.
- Remediation Owner: The person or team responsible for the remediation activities.
- Remediation Insights: Remediation and patch information for the prioritized findings.
- Performance Trending: Trend reports for open findings, fixed findings, and remediation progress.
Track Changes in the TruRisk Score
On the Home page, use the TruRisk Summary to monitor the effect of remediation:
- Score Change: Shows the number of points by which the TruRisk Score changed during the comparison period. The default period is the last 7 days. Select the Settings icon to compare against the last 15, 30, 60, or 90 days.
- Trend chart: Shows how the TruRisk Score changed over the last 90 days in relation to the company risk appetite.
- Business Entities chart: Compares the business value, TruRisk Score, and risk appetite of each business entity.
- Last Calculated: Shows when the score was last calculated. Newly ingested data may not be reflected until the next calculation.
Share Progress with Stakeholders
Add the TruRisk Score widget and other widgets to an ETM dashboard, and create a report schedule to send dashboard-based reports by email daily, weekly, or monthly. For more information, see Working with ETM Dashboard.
