Download FIM Reports Using One-time Password

We have introduced a secure method to download FIM reports through email without requiring users to log in to the FIM. This enhancement enables you to share reports with users, such as auditors, who may not have access to the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform but need to review the reports.

When a report is generated, the recipients receive an email containing a download link. The link redirects them to a verification page where they provide a One-time Password (OTP) sent to their email address. Once the OTP is validated, the report downloads.

Limitations

• The download report link is accessible only to the report creator and the recipients.
• OTPs are time-sensitive and expire after a five-minute duration.
