Install App

To install the application, perform the following steps:

1. Visit the ServiceNow Online Store.
2. Search for Qualys CMDB Bi-directional Sync App, and click Contact Seller.
3. Your Technical Account Manager (TAM) contacts you, and ServiceNow provisions the app into an instance of your choice.
   The app then appears in your instance's 'Downloads' list.
4. Click 'Install' to start using the application.

In the Search field, type Qualys CMDB, then select Qualys CMDB Bi-directional Sync App from the left pane. After you are done, a new module appears in your ServiceNow instance that looks like this:
