Support for OIDC Authentication

With this release, the VM-Qradar integration now also supports OIDC (OpenID Connect) Authentication using Client ID and Client Secret credentials.
This enhancement improves security and aligns with modern authentication standards.

You need to create a user-level client; see Set up Token-based Authentication from UI.

Updated Knowledge Base Sync Schedule Interval

In this release, the minimum configurable interval for Knowledge Base (KB) sync is updated from 2 minutes to 4 hours. This change improves overall system performance and API efficiency.
