Install the App

Perform the following steps to install the app:

Visit the ServiceNow Online Store and search for Qualys apps.
Go to Qualys Core app, and click Request App.

You can request apps from the ServiceNow store. Your Qualys representative team reviews and approves the request, and you receive an approval notification. The app then appears in your instance's Downloads list.
Click Install to start installing the app.
Go to the Qualys VMDR app and perform the exact steps you followed to install the Qualys Core application.
In the Search field, type Qualys, then select Qualys Core and Qualys VMDR from the left pane.

After you are done, the new modules appear in the ServiceNow instance, as displayed in the following image:

The options in the Qualys Core and Qualys VMDR applications that you can view differ based on the user group you belong to. For information on user roles, see User Roles and Permissions.
