Power On Appliance

To power on the appliance, perform the following steps:

1. Connect the AC power cord to the Power Supply Socket.

   Qualys strongly recommends plugging the appliance into a Managed Power Supply. On the rare occasion that the appliance may need to be rebooted, utilizing the MPS allows for remote rebooting in unmanned or high-security areas.

2. Press the power button on the back panel.
   Be sure that the power indicator has turned green.
