Reports

All the reports are listed under the Reports Tab. Different actions can be performed on an existing report.

You can create Posture Assessment Report and a Resource Inventory Report from the Reports tab by clicking the Create Report drop-down menu.

Create Posture Assessment Report

The Posture Assessment Report provides insights into the security posture of your SaaS applications based on policy compliance.

Perform the following steps to create a Posture Assessment report:

1. Go to the Reports tab and click Create Report > Posture Assessment.
2. Enter the required details in the Report Details window:
   • Name - Enter a name for the report.
   • Description - Add a brief description.
   • SaaS - Select the SaaS application.
   • Connector(s) - Select one or more connectors.
   • Policy - Select the policy.
   • Report Format - Select the required file format (CSV or PDF).
   • Control Evaluation(s) - Select the control evaluation status (Pass, Fail, or Error).
   
3. Click Create.

Create Resource Inventory Report

The Resource Inventory Report lets you generate reports for Groups, Documents, Applications, and Users.

When generating a report, you can select:

• The SaaS application
• One or more connectors
• The type of data to include
• The required file format

Perform the following steps to create a Resource Inventory report:

1. Go to the Reports tab and click Create Report > Inventory.
2. Enter the required details in the Report Details window and click Create.

The report supports large volumes of data in a single report. While the report is being generated, its status is shown as Processing. The status changes to Completed when the report is ready for download.

Actions

The newly created report is listed on the On-Demand Reports landing page.

Go to Actions drop-down menu to perform further actions on a selected report.

The following actions are allowed for the users:

• Run report
• Edit report template
• Delete

You can also download the report using the download icon.

The report can be downloaded in two formats: CSV and PDF.
