Access Your Qualys Scanner on Private Network
This step is optional. If you want to access your Virtual Scanner via its KVM console, you need to install and configure the IBM VPN software and a VNC client.

The following screenshot displays the Qualys scanner after successful deployment and personalization.
Once launched, the Virtual Appliance connects to the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform.
This step registers the Virtual Scanner Appliance with your Qualys account. Additionally, your appliance downloads all the latest software updates immediately and is ready for scanning.
