Recycle Bin
The deleted dashboards are moved to the Recycle Bin and are in the bin for 30 days. After 30 days, the dashboard gets permanently deleted. The deleted dashboards from any applications are moved to the Recycle Bin of the Unified Dashboard application. You can perform bulk actions on the dashboards in the Recycle Bin. For information on deleting dashboards, see Delete Dashboard.
Bulk Actions in Recycle Bin
After you have deleted a few dashboards, the following steps direct you to perform bulk actions in the Recycle Bin tab:
- Select the check box below the Search Dashboard field.
- All the dashboards on that page are selected.
- Alternatively, you can select the required option to sort the dashboards from the Sort By drop-down.
From the Actions drop-down, select any of the following actions:- Restore: Restores the dashboard. The restored dashboard is listed in the Dashboard selector. If you restore a default dashboard from the Recycle Bin, it will not be marked as Default Dashboard again. You can also restore the dashboard if you have created the dashboard. A subuser can also restore a dashboard if they have Edit Dashboard permissions.
- Export as JSON: Exports the dashboard data in JSON to your local system. Dashboards exported in bulk are zipped in a folder and downloaded to your local system. A subuser can export the dashboard data in JSON if they have Print/Download/Export Dashboard permissions.
- Delete Permanently: The dashboard is permanently deleted from the account and cannot be restored. You can also delete the dashboard if you have created the dashboard. A subuser can delete a dashboard if they have Delete Dashboard permissions.
If the dashboard name already exists in the Recycle Bin, you can not create a new dashboard with the same name until the existing dashboard is permanently deleted.

The dashboards that will be permanently deleted in 7 days or less will be highlighted with a timeline.
