Report Schedule Permissions

You can now assign Report Schedule permissions to the roles and restrict the activities that the users can perform on the schedules. The Report Schedule Permissions are assigned to the Unit Manager, Scanner, and Reader roles by default. You can change the permissions assigned to these default roles per your organization's requirement and set the permissions per the roles defined in your organization. You can set the permissions from the Qualys Administration application. 

The Report Permissions can also be assigned to the reports that were created before Unified Dashboard 1.11 deployment.

The following screenshot displays the Report Schedule Permissions from the Administration application:

Added Recieve Report Option for Report Schedule

You can now receive your schedule reports via URL or PDF. These options apply to any existing Active reports. To access and download the report via URL, you are required to log in to the QualysGuard Portal. The following screenshot shows the Recieve Report options:
