Prerequisites

• Valid Subscription: If you are an existing Vulnerability Management customer, you can upgrade to the VMDR experience. If you are a new customer, contact Qualys Support.
• Compatible Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, and Mac.
• Supported Browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari. Ensure the browser version is up to date. 
• Valid Cloud Agent Keys: Cloud Agent keys help you to install cloud agents. For more information about installing a new Cloud Agent or Activation Key, see Installing Cloud Agents.
