Reorder Asset Identification Rules
Set the priority of your asset identification rules. A new rule is placed at the bottom of the list, so drag and drop the rules when you want a different order.
Navigate to: Inventory > Rules > Identification > Reorder
Reorder the rules
Before you begin: Create the asset identification rules you want to reorder. The Reorder option acts only on the rules that already exist on the Identification tab.
- Go to Inventory > Rules > Identification > Reorder.
- Click Reorder, then drag and drop the rules into the order you want.
- Click Reorder & Save.
The identification rules are now in the new order.
Review the order each time you add a rule. Because a new rule goes to the bottom of the list, move it up if you want it to be considered before the rules that are already there.
