Qualys Core

Qualys Core application manages the connection between ServiceNow and Qualys ETM, data import, import schedules, detection rules, and service-level agreement (SLA) definition.

Configuration Steps

Perform the following steps to configure the Qualys Core application:

1. Configure Connection to Qualys Applications - Configure the connection with Qualys and use Test Connection to know if the connection between ServiceNow and Qualys works fine.
2. Configure Data Import - Provide details of import configuration and schedule imports.
3. Configure Detection Event Rule - Provide details on which ETM finding should be added to ServiceNow for creating incidents.

4. Define one-to-one rules for creating incidents from the ETM finding. 

5. Configure Grouping Rules - Provide details to define rules for grouping the incidents.
