A valid Jira user with privileges to create, update, transition, link/unlink, and comment on tickets.
Prior to v1.3.2, the Jira Connector On-Cloud ran with Automated flow but with Jira Connector 1.3.2 fully automated flow with admin users for Jira On-Cloud are no longer supported. You must create your custom issue types and custom fields to use the Jira Connector application.
Once you have these essential prerequisites set up, you must configure your issue types and custom fields to get started with the Jira Connector app. Refer to the 'Additional Jira Requirements' section below for the same.
The Jira Connector supports setting mandatory fields of selective field types.
