Manage Search Lists

Once you create a static or dynamic search list, you can perform different actions on a single or multiple search lists by using the Quick Action and Action menu respectively.

Using Quick Action menu, you can perform the following actions on a selected search list.

1. View the selected search list details. See View Search List.
2. Edit the selected search list. See Edit Search List.
3. Clone the search list using save as option. See Clone Search List.
4. Add QIDs to the selected search list. This is applicable only for static search list. See Add QIDs.
5. Add comment to the selected search list. See Add Comment to Search List.
6. Add or remove from the selected search list. See Tag Search List.
7. Delete the selected search list. See Delete Search List.

Using Actions menu, you can perform the following actions for multiple search lists:

1. Add comment to the search lists.
2. Add or remove tags from the search lists.
3. Delete search lists.
4. Add QIDs to the search lists.

The Add QIDs option is available only when you select static search lists. If you select any dynamic search list, the Add QIDs option is not available.
