Manage Connector Access for Users
You can create users and then assign a role to them to grant access as per the role you define. Depending on the permissions you assign to the role, you could categorize the users with all or read-only privileges. You can define the scope for users and configure the access to a specific connector or group of connectors.
We support multiple user roles.
- Manager: Managers are the most privileged users, with full privileges and access to all resources in the subscription. Only Manager users can create users and assign roles.
- Users: A manager can create two types of users. Depending on the permissions you assign to the role, you can categorize users with either full privileges or read-only access.
- All privileges: The user will have all the privileges except for creating and managing other users.
- Reader privileges: A user with the Reader role can only view the data displayed in the module.
The table below compares the privileges assigned to different user roles.
