Report Scheduling and Report Schedule

The Report Scheduling and the Report Schedule eases the visualization of dashboard schedules. You can share the dashboard-based reports via email to the selective recipient(s). The reports are downloaded in PDF format with Portrait or Landscape orientation. The schedules are created per your preferred timezone and frequency between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

From the Report Scheduling option, each schedule is created from the specific dashboard. The option lists the schedules created for that dashboard. The following screenshot highlights Report Scheduling option from the Dashboard tab:

The Report Schedule tab lists all the dashboards using the following options:

  • All Schedules - Lists the dashboards that have schedules created by any user.
  • My Schedule - Choose this option to list the dashboards that have schedules created by the current user.
  • Non Schedule - Provides only the list of all the dashboards. The Reporting Schedule section does not list any report schedule.

With all the dashboards collectively listed at the same location, generating dashboard data reduces the turnaround time. The following screenshot is an example that lists dashboards with the All Schedules option in the Report Schedule tab:

Report Scheduling and Report Schedule supports Numerical (except Average Function Type), Bar, Table Pie and TruRisk Score widgets.
