Patch Management Release - 3.0
- A new application, Mitigation, is introduced. You can mitigate vulnerabilities on Windows and Linux assets using actions and scripts, creating mitigation jobs.
- A new tab, the Eliminations tab, on the Patch Management application. Using configuration scripts, you can create a Windows remediation job from the Eliminations tab and remediate vulnerabilities found on Windows assets. The vulnerabilities identified on assets are remediated by deploying a job that includes missing patches and configuration scripts.
- Rerun Windows, Linux, and Mac on-demand patch deployment jobs.
- Edit Windows, Linux, and Mac On-demand Jobs.
- A new version of the "Get a List of Generated Reports" API, /pm/v2/reports, is introduced. Using this API, you can get a list of a maximum of 20 reports with the latest report status.

Patch Management Release - 2.13
- The Compliance Report for Windows and Mac Assets provides the asset compliance percentage, which is calculated by comparing the total number of installed patches to the total number of detected patches.
- Status that indicates the Windows job execution deferral by the end user.

Patch Management Release - 2.12
- A new Reports tab provides a unified view of reports generated from the Patch Management UI.
- Import assets from the CSV file while creating or editing a deployment job.
- Patching support for Ubuntu 24.04 Linux assets and Ubuntu 14.04 ESM Linux assets.
- Patching support for the RHEL Extended Update Support (EUS) patches for the RHEL 8.6 and 8.8 versions.
- Provision to generate reports from Linux and Mac assets like Windows assets.
- ASSET_IP column is added to the Windows, Linux, and Mac job progress reports, which provides the asset's IP address.
- Download the Report in the CSV Format, Get the List of Reports, and Get the Assets Tab Report APIs updated.

Patch Management Release - 2.10
- Provision to create a Windows job with only a System Reboot pre-action that ensures the system reboots, even if it's waiting for another reboot.
- A new subscription-level setting lets cloud agents download patches from the internal repository.
- Patch Tuesday updates support for all platforms, and the updates can be scheduled up to 27 days before Patch Tuesday.
- Patch Management recognizes OS changes for activated assets.
- Support for Amazon Linux 2022 and 2023, Ubuntu 16.04 ESM, and MacOS M3.

Patch Management Release - 2.9
- A new option, Save User Credentials, for a Mac job for the Mac ARM OS upgrade. The user credentials are saved and used for all the runs of the respective Mac job and other jobs where this option is selected.

- The installer-based action support for the Install Software pre-action and post-action for Windows jobs.
- Randomize the patch download time for Windows jobs to optimize the network bandwidth utilization across multiple assets.
- Ubuntu Linux 23 and Debian 12 support for patching Linux assets.
- Pending reboot status messages for Windows assets have been enhanced, providing better clarity on automatic (agent-initiated) and manual reboots.
- Preview patches associated with assets and tags are applied for the automated patch selection method while creating or editing deployment jobs.
